Founder/Clinical Director
Introducing Victoria Lee, MA, LCMHC, MLADC, the accomplished Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, LLC. With over 12 years of experience in human services, she stands as a leader in substance use and mental health counseling. As the Director for an adolescent PHP program at Direction Behavioral Health Associates, Victoria is recognized for her exceptional ability to inspire transformative change in her clients. A dedicated dog lover, she has fostered over 20 dogs. Balancing her role as a mother to three boys and supporting her husband, Paul, she also finds time for hot yoga, reading, hiking, and gardening. Victoria exemplifies confidence in every aspect of her life!
Paul Conroy, CRSW

Meet Paul Conroy, CRSW, the dynamic Co-Founder and CEO of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, LLC! Since launching his career in behavioral health in 2014, he has rapidly ascended from an entry-level support role to a case manager at a leading inpatient facility. With extensive experience in both clinical and administrative positions, Paul excels in delivering exceptional care across various levels. When he's not leading his team, he enjoys camping, playing ice hockey, reading, and boating with his wife, Victoria, and their three spirited sons!
Emily Moore, MA

Emily is passionate about her work, holding a master's degree in clinical mental health and over 12 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields! She creates a warm therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves while helping them transform their behavioral patterns. Using techniques from DBT, CBT, and REBT, she tailors her approach to each person's needs. In her free time, Emily enjoys quality moments with her two boys, husband, sisters, and adorable nieces and nephews!
Catharine Sauer, LCMHC

Catharine Sauer is an amazing Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a rich background in Human Services since 2009! She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Bay Path University in 2017. With experience in residential settings and community-based clinical case management, she recently became a board-approved clinical supervisor, driven by her passion for teaching! Specializing in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT/DBT), she addresses anxiety, depression, and trauma while fostering a warm, non-judgmental space for skill-building and empowerment!

Meet Kayla, an enthusiastic Master's level Clinician, and assistance program director of the Adolescent IOP program, with extensive experience in school counseling and crisis intervention! She is passionate about providing holistic, empathy-driven mental health care and believes that strong relationships with clients and their families are vital for lasting success. With her degrees from New England, Kayla is dedicated to supporting local communities through mental health advocacy and specializing in adolescents with high behavioral needs. In her free time, she loves photography, hiking, being a husky mom, and enjoying her role as a proud aunt!

Andrew has been a valued member of the Clear Reflection Family for years, showcasing the success of working with Victoria and holistic education! As an IOP graduate who studied Psychology at Southern NH University, his personal mental health journey fuels his passion for the behavioral health field. As a counselor, Andrew connects with teens, inspiring their growth and embodying our philosophies. We’re grateful to have him on our team! Outside of work, he’s an avid ice hockey player and fan!

Meet Indigo Star, our amazing therapy dog in training at Clear Reflection! Coming from a line of English Labrador Retrievers, she spreads joy to everyone—kids, staff, and parents alike! Indie loves to greet everyone at the door and even joins intake sessions if you're up for it! Plus, her litter mates are out there making a difference as therapy dogs in local police stations and schools! How awesome is that?

A Rivier University graduate with a master's in clinical mental health counseling, she has six years of vibrant experience. Her diverse skills address concerns like ADHD, anxiety, grief, and depression. Brandi's collaborative, client-centered approach empowers clients to harness their inner strengths, while her commitment to ongoing learning ensures her practice evolves with their needs. She fosters a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring thoughts and emotions openly!

Melissa is nearing the completion of her master’s in forensic psychology at SNHU, building on her BA in criminal justice. She looks forward to joining the Clear Reflection team after her roles as a guidance counselor and youth engagement specialist. With a military veteran husband and three daughters, Melissa is committed to community support. A new Ju Jitsu practitioner, she enjoys comic cons, traveling, good food, and her fascination with aliens, bringing her compassionate spirit to CRCA.

With over 10 years of experience in the human services field, she has dedicated her life to supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Amy loves to blend her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with her skills as a certified yoga instructor, creating a unique approach to wellness that she eagerly shares with others. When she's not inspiring those around her, you can find her on a yoga mat, exploring the breathtaking hiking trails of the White Mountains, or enjoying quality time with her two daughters—sometimes even doing all three on the best days!

With a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, he extensive experience in health and substance use, previously serving as a counselor and team leader at Riverbend Community Mental Health. Now an outpatient clinician at Amoskeag Health, Scott is a proud dad of two, a devoted New England sports fan, and a navy veteran known for his dad jokes.

Her roles, from Front Desk Concierge at a Memory Care facility to Acupuncture Medical Assistant, provide her with valuable patient care insights. With a background in events management for a Fortune 500 company, she excels medical billing and office management at Clear Reflection, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for patients. Outside work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, their 9-year-old son, and rescue dog Maple, as well as photography, yoga, and family time on Cape Cod's beaches.
