Victoria Lee, Therapist, Milford NH

Victoria Lee, MA, LCMHC, MLADC

Founder/Clinical Director

Victoria Lee, MA, LCMHC, MLADC is Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, LLC. She has been working in the field of human services for more than 12 years and is a leader in the field of substance use and mental health counseling. She is Program Director for an adolescent PHP program at Direction Behavioral Health Associates. Victoria is an extremely effective clinician who's clients commend her ability to connect and inspire to create transformative therapeutic outcomes. She is an avid dog lover, having fostered over 20 dogs! Victoria is also a mom to 3 young boys and wife to Clear Reflection co-founder, Paul. When she's not busy with all of the above, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, hiking, and gardening. 

Paul Conroy, Counselor, Milford, NH

Founder/Executive Director

Paul Conroy, CRSW is Co-Founder and Chief Administrator of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, LLC. He has been working in the behavioral health field since 2014 breaking in as an entry level support staff worker and working his way up to case manager of a 20 client inpatient treatment center unit. He's got experience working at many different levels of care in both clinical and administrative capacities varying from inpatient substance use facilities to outpatient mental health offices. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his 3 boys and wife, Victoria, camping, playing ice hockey,  reading, being outdoors, and playing guitar. 

Emily Moore, Counselor, Milford NH

Emily has her masters degrees in clinical mental health. She's been working with individuals in the mental health and the substance abuse field for over 12 years. Emily has experience at many different levels of care from crisis stabilization to maintenance. She has a vast understanding of substance use disorders and mental health issues. Her approach involves building a therapeutic environment for each person to feel safe and comfortable to express themselves. With the goal to help understand patterns of behaviors to change or develop from.She utilizes skills from DBT, CBT and REBT. This approach allows for the treatment to be individual paced dependent on each persons needs.  In her free time i enjoy being with my 2 boys, husband , sisters and nieces and nephews. 

Catharine Sauer, Counselor, Milford, NH

Therapist

Catharine Sauer is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been in Human Services since 2009.  She graduated with her Master’s Degree from Bay Path University in 2017 with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with adults and teenagers in a residential setting, and provided community based clinical case management to adults and teenagers.  She recently became a board approved clinical supervisor and has a passion for teaching and training. Her clinical focus surrounds Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT/DBT) anxiety, depression, mood, trauma and personality disorders. Her approach includes providing a non-judgmental environment to provide active listening, skill building and developing insight into a person's experiences and developing strategies to manage a person’s environment.  

Kayla Lanagan, Adolescent Counselor, Milford NH

Kayla is a Master's level Clinician with a background in elementary, middle, and high School Counseling, Behavior Specialist work, and Crisis Counseling in the non-profit sector. She is passionate about providing holistic, empathy-centered mental health care. With extensive experience partnering with families of clients as part of holistic therapeutic work, Kayla believes building relationships with both client and their support network is central to lasting mental health development. With her Bachelor's and Master's counseling work both in New England, she has dedicated her professional career to working with local communities in mental health, educational advocacy, crisis prevention leadership, and has specialized in working with adolescents with high behavioral needs. In her free time, Kayla is an avid photographer, hiker, husky mom, and proud aunt.

Andrew has been a part of the Clear Reflection Family a long, long time and is one of the many success stories of working with Victoria and wholeistic education. Andrew is a graduate of IOP himself prior to going on to study Psychology at Southern NH University. His first hand experience in his own mental health journey has inspired Andrew to continue in the behavioral health field as a counselor here at Clear Reflection and has a knack for connecting with the teens that we work with to encourage and inspire growth. Andrew truly embodies the philosophies and approach that we utilize here at Clear Reflection and we are grateful to have him! Andrew spends his time out of the office on the ice and is an avid ice hockey player and fan!

Indie, Therapy Dog

Certified Therapy Dog (in training)

Indigo Star is our certified facility therapy dog in training here at Clear Reflection. She comes from a line of English Labrador Retrievers bred for their work as service and therapy dogs. She brings so much joy to the kids (and staff) in our program as well as greeting parents at the door who are dropping off and picking up their kiddos! Indie has a habit of opening office doors herself to let herself in and you can count on her joining your intake session (as long as you're comfortable with that!). Indie has litter mates who work locally as therapy dogs at police stations and in schools!

brandi Schiavo, MA

Brandi is a dedicated clinician with a passion for supporting individuals and couples on their journey towards mental wellness. She is a graduate of Rivier University where she earned her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. Brandi has over six years of experience in the mental health field and has cultivated a diverse skill set to address a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, grief, and depression. Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and holistic, aiming to empower individuals and couples to harness their inner strengths and resources to overcome obstacles and achieve their therapeutic goals. She possesses a genuine curiosity for learning and remains attuned to the latest research and therapeutic modalities, ensuring that her practice evolves in tandem with the changing needs of my clients. She is committed to fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and vulnerability.

Melissa, Adolescent Counselor, Milford, NH

Melissa Wiley, MA

Therapist

Melissa is finishing up her master’s degree in forensic psychology at SNHU and holds a BA in criminal justice.  She joins the Clear Reflection team transferring from a role as a guidance counselor at NH Job Corps and also a youth engagement specialist at the Souhegan Boys and Girls Club.  Melissa’s husband is a military veteran who works at Clear Path For Veterans New England, a non-profit that supports Veterans in our community. They have three daughters together. Melissa is a newly dedicated Ju Jitsu practitioner, loves to attend comic cons, enjoys traveling and good food, and is fascinated by aliens!  Melissa brings a down to earth and compassionate spirit to the work she does here at CRCA.

Crystal Jette, MA

Counselor

Crystal received her masters degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Youth Development from Southern New Hampshire University. She utilizes an individual approach to therapy as she understands that not everyone is the same and what may work for one may not be the best for everyone. Crystal has experience working with folks of all ages from young children to elderly, with prior work as a Mental health worker at an inpatient behavioral health unit, coordinating in home care for disabled adults and elderly, as well as substitute teaching in the local school district. When not in the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, being a part of the community and exploring new things. 

Laurie Eckles, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Laurie is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in state of New Hampshire and is a graduate of UCLA where she earned her M.S.W. She has worked in a number of behavioral health settings with a varying demographic including adults, adolescents, and children. Laurie has over 25 years of experience with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood or recent trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, parenting and adoption issues, and Christian counseling by specific client request for those who wish to integrate spirituality into their counseling experience. Laurie adds a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to the Clear Reflection team and will play a major role as we work to expand services and programming for children

Scott Schilling, Counselor, Milford NH

Therapist

Scott Schilling, MA  has been a part of the Clear Reflection team since its inception. He's a masters level clinician having earned his degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. He's gained extensive experience in the mental health and substance use field having worked at Riverbend Community Mental Health for many years as a counselor and team leader. He also works at Amoskeag Health as an outpatient clinician. Scott is a dad to 2 young daughters and he enjoys all New England sports, especially baseball. He's taken a team that he coached all the way to the Babe Ruth World Series in Virginia. Scott is also known to tell a mean dad joke. Don't forget to thank him for his service as a navy veteran!

Stacey Reid

Office Manger

Stacey has a diverse background that spans both the medical and corporate sectors. Her experience in various medical roles equips her with a unique set of skills and insight into patient care. Some of these roles included Front Desk Concierge at a Memory Care facility, as well as, Acupuncturist Medical Assistant and Office Manager at a previous outpatient office. This is complimented by her earlier career in events management for a Fortune 500 company. She brings to Clear Reflection a strong background in medical billing and office management. With this unique combination of skills, Stacey’s commitment to providing exceptional customer support, coupled with her outgoing personality, not only enhances her ability to connect with and care for each patient but also contributes to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Stacey spends her time outside of the office with her husband,  their 9 year old son and their rescue dog, Maple. Some of her favorite hobbies are spending time outdoors, photography, yoga, and enjoying family time on the beaches of Cape Cod.
