Adolescent Behavioral Health
Intensive Outpatient Program
At Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, we offer innovative and forward thinking mental healthcare to teens and families via our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs in Milford, NH. We specialize in working with teens who struggle with mental or behavioral health symptoms including depression, anxiety, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, screen addiction, strained family dynamics, school avoidance, or, autism spectrum disorder, and other normal developmental challenges. Our team of experienced adolescent therapists, includes Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Education Specialists, Clinical Case Managers, Dedicated Family Support Specialists and Peer Counselors. Clear Reflection is dedicated to providing teens and families with the support and guidance they need to get through tough times and to achieve more harmony and balance in their personal and family lives.
Our program is tailored to the individual, focusing on the development of healthy coping skills, developing insight and understanding, as well as learning how to make positive choices. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment so that adolescents can feel comfortable and supported as they embark on their journey of healing.

The adolescent IOP program meets 3 times per week from 3pm to 6pm, offers a weekly 1 hour Parents Group with our Program Director, Victoria Lee, MLADC, LCMHC and is covered by most commercial insurance and NH Medicaid plans.
Childrens Therapeutic Afterschool Program
Our Therapeutic After-School Program is designed for children, and the families of children, between the ages of 6 and 11 years old who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges more difficult than once per week individual therapy or other traditional outpatient services can support. The program may be a good fit for kids who are having trouble managing daily stressors, attending school, or who require additional support outside of school.

​Clear Reflections team is staffed with mental health professionals including Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Master Level School Counselors, and Masters Level Early Childhood Development Counselors. The goal of our Children's Therapeutic After School Program is to support children and families in helping guide them towards achieving more harmony and balance within the household, in school, and in the community while also being as least disruptive to daily life as possible. Children can attend normal school days and most after school activities while still engaging in this highly supportive and effective therapeutic program.
Individual Therapy
At Clear Reflection Counseling Associates, we offer clinically skilled therapeutic interventions for children, teens, and adults in the Milford, NH area. While we do start most of our children and adolescents out in our Intensive Outpatient Programs before stepping down to individual therapy, we do see adults on an individual basis.
Our practice is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment to help you gain insight, develop skills, and make lasting changes in your life. Our comprehensive clinical team is comprised of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers, as well as License Eligible Master Level Clinicians who believe in an individualized approach to therapy and are dedicated to helping you find the right path for your personal growth and success.
